These are photos of some tractors owned by a father and son that attend our church. They collect Minneapolis-Moline tractors, and were out there working on them while I was shooting, so I got a chance to hear some of the history of the machines. All the photos are with my D100, and the 60mm f2.8D Micro-Nikkor, unless otherwise noted. RAW processing in Capture One Express.
Old World Wisconsin Trip
Last weekend my wife, sister in law, our niece and I took a trip to Old World Wisconsin, an open air museum and reenactment site. Here are some pictures I took along the way.
They recently introduced a new bicycle exhibit, with high wheelers, tricycles and other similar vehicles.
Watch Detail
Detail of the back of my Seiko 5 automatic watch.
For those unfamiliar with them, the Seiko 5 series is a great introductory line of automatic (self-winding) watches. They run in the $50-100+ range, and keep pretty reasonable time. They also have an exhibition back, so you can see the clockwork inside.

Car in an Old Garage
This was taken on a drive with my dad. We had gone out to take some pictures, including the spring house at Paradise Springs. This was at an abandoned farm in Southeastern Wisconsin. The property is for sale, but the house is a bit of a fixer-upper, most of it is fallen into the basement.

Chicago Elevated Train Cars
These two cars, 4420 and 4453, were made in 1924, and operated on the Chicago Elevated (CTA). They are now running as a part of the collection of the East Troy Electric Railroad in East Troy, WI.
