Get Out And Make Something Beautiful
This is one of my test shots with a new (to me) 6omm f2.8D Micro-Nikkor that I bought off of eBay (Also available on Amazon.)
The subject is my Gillette open comb safety razor, which I actually use (almost) daily.
I bought the older (non-AF-S) version of the macro lens for a couple reasons, including cost and better interoperability with extension rings or bellows.

This was taken on a drive with my dad. We had gone out to take some pictures, including the spring house at Paradise Springs. This was at an abandoned farm in Southeastern Wisconsin. The property is for sale, but the house is a bit of a fixer-upper, most of it is fallen into the basement.

An old boat sitting in a field in southeastern Wisconsin. I drove past this boat for years, and finally went back to take some pictures. It always makes me wonder when I see stuff like this abandoned.
